New SmartTouch 2012 Winter Release Enhances the Power of the SmartTouch Real Estate Marketing Automation & CRM Platform for Real Estate Builders and Developers

Austin, TX – January 8, 2013 – SmartTouch Interactive®, an interactive real estate marketing agency and real estate marketing automation and home builder CRM software and services company, today announced the release of its new SmartTouch 2012 Winter Release, which introduces the new SmartReports module.  The release of SmartReports provides a series of 17 + industry reports that are commonly used by builders and developers in assessing sales and marketing efforts and offers enhanced data tracking that any sales and marketing team, to make more informed business decisions about their sales and marketing programs.  Now for the first time SmartTouch customers can utilize a system and process to instantly get weekly reports on traffic to communities, pipeline reporting, marketing analysis, sales conversions, email drip campaign, lead nurturing assessments and much more with a single click. The SmartTouch 2012 Winter Release includes 12 additional enhancements to the product.
