The Annual Star Awards competition held by the Texas Association of Builders showcases the outstanding work of builders, remodelers, architects, designers, sales, marketing and construction professionals in Texas. Almost 500 entries were submitted for consideration his year. The 2015 Star Awards entries were judged by a distinguished panel of industry experts from across the nation during an intense, two-day judging period. Award winners will be revealed on Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the prestigious Star Awards event held in conjunction with the annual Sunbelt Builders Show at the Gaylord Texas in Grapevine, Texas.

The objective of the email campaign was to promote the awareness of a soon-to-open acreage community in Georgetown. The goal was to lead a whisper campaign to their opt-in list and to use third-party lists to promote it. The site for the community was under construction, yet with the whisper email campaign, we identified 56 qualified, interested buyers and one reservation.
Walnut Springs is a close-out acreage community in Georgetown. They approached us with a need to improve their performance from online advertising. Expectation was set with the client that for a $500,000 product in Georgetown, our goal would be to generate quality leads rather than volume of leads. We achieved that goal delivering quality traffic and two contracts.
This ad appeared in Luxury Homes Magazine early in the year. Because we tracked phone numbers and landing pages during the campaign, the client was able to measure 10 onsite visits and one lead to the sale of a new inventory home.
Objective was to reengage potential buyers that had previously registered on the website and in person. The campaign reengaged over 50 potential buyers that lead to 14 visitors coming back on site. The email sent signals to the sales team when a lead reenaged.
Ash Creek Homes
Objective of the marketing campaign was to advertise via search engines, re-marketing and digital display ads for this infill 50-home community in Bee Caves. In just a little over 12 months, the community nearly sold out, with just eight homes out of 50 left. The push for getting faster absorption yielded 12 additional sales from Google.
The objective of the email campaign was to position the homes and communities as being terrific locations designed for telecommuting. Their were 50 homes for sale and 24 are under contract. The goal is to sell Lake Creek and then transition the interested leads list to its sister community that will have a similar product targeting the same demographic. In one week of emails, we drew 16 people to come out to the sales trailer to discover options under construction.
The objective was to leverage a limited budget of $1500 per month to market multiple garden home communities with one effort on Google. The campaign pushed the traffic to a landing page, where prospects could see what communities were offered and then choose which ones to engage with by downloading their brochure and/or setting an appointment. The display ads were used to remarket online, which was the top lead source for the campaign. Since the inception of this campaign, Sitterle have sold over 15 homes that have been attributed to the buyers’ first point of registration being from this campaign.
Sitterle Homes was looking to give their website a rebrand using a layout that showcased their great photography. In addition, we wanted to empower the marketing department to be able to manage all updates and additions on the website without having to rely on programmers. We built them a custom designed website, that is mobile friendly. It included an integrated SEO strategy with conversion optimization that has already proven to provide a better user experience and more registration-to-leads than the previous version. They have gone from an average of 150 leads per month to 200+, with just the website revamp being taken into consideration.
