The spring 2013 release offers SmartTouch Interactive customers a set of feature enhancements to the previously released SmartTouch CRM 2.5 software, including new date range search capabilities within SmartReports, new lead source tracking by date, and an exciting new Marketing Campaign Editor tool that enables marketers to easily create and edit new campaigns. For real estate clients, the SmartLead Adapter now tracks leads that come from both Private Communities and New Home Feed.
This release also enables integration to the Advantage Route Systems (ARS), which allows all data entered by their sales team to push into their ARS account when they sign up a new customer, effectively skipping the manual entry by the accounting department.
