President and CEO
A recognized real estate and home builder marketing expert, business owner and speaker, Robert Cowes III is President and CEO of SmartTouch® Interactive. Originally from Panama, Robert is a former college and semi-pro baseball player turned real estate lead gen marketer. As an entrepreneur and 20-year marketing veteran, he has founded multiple companies, including SmartTouch® Interactive and collaborated with numerous businesses across Texas, the U.S. and his native Panama to stimulate economic development in the home building and real estate development industries. Through his decades of leadership experience, he has developed award-winning software solutions, including SmartTouch® NexGen CRM and Marketing Automation, and grown the SmartTouch team of award-winning real estate marketing experts to become a highly sought after home builder and real estate developer marketing agency. In less than a decade, SmartTouch®’s lead generation programs generated over 2 million leads and nurtured over 250,000 prospects that led to over 2 billion in sales.
Tanner Ross
Vice President of Marketing Services
Tanner is the SmartTouch® digital wiz and has mastered the ins and outs of SEO, SEM, Social Media marketing, Analytic Integrations, and third party media placements. From intern to VP, Tanner, in the words of Robert, is one of our most valuable players. And in the words of everyone else in the office, loves digital marketing and energy drinks a little too much.

Just call him the professor! Aaron is a former school teacher and college professor, turned operational manager extraordinaire. A graduate of the University of North Texas with an M.A. in Social and Economic History, Aaron specialized in examining marketing and advertising trends in the food industries during the post-Civil Rights-era. A soccer fan through and through, Aaron is a supporter of the Arsenal F.C. and Austin's new franchise, Austin F.C.

Tammy has been part of our SmartTouch® family for almost a decade with a little hiatus in between job descriptions. Originally from the software and CRM side of the company, she now lives (and LOVES) the life of managing our corporate marketing and social media services, as well as overseeing our digital services team. Our only Canuck brings a strong background in real estate sales & marketing, software development and social media marketing, not to mention being a hyper-organized soul sister to Olivia. Canadian winter means obsessing over hockey (Let's Go Oilers!) until Spring where you can find her busy in the garden, homesteading and chilling with her pack.

Say hello to Michelle! Our resident Spotify playlist guru with 5 years of customer service experience, and she was the 3rd Top Sales Specialist in the state in her last role. She is a graduate from UT Austin with a BS in Advertising and a Business Foundations Certificate from the McCombs School of Business. She is ready to take the real estate marketing industry by the horns, so to speak, and assist clients in creating tactical lead gen campaigns that connect buyers with the home of their dreams.

Yes, Kelly with an exclamation point! That's how passionate of a person and marketer she is. Originally from Louisiana, Kelly has 10+ years of Customer Service, 4 years in Marketing, and 6 years in Management--making her the perfect person to have on our Account Services team. She loves working with clients and strategizing to help them reach their goals. She also hosts some pretty awesome themed parties with delicious themed treats. This year's Halloween party is at your place, Kelly!
Brigitte Sanchez
Account Executive
Keeping things humming is Brigitte’s focus as one of our talented Account Executives and we love her big, bright smile! She takes care of SmartTouch® clients as project manager for monthly client deliverables and also assists on CRM and Help Desk Tickets. Before Brigitte started with us as Account Coordinator and moved up to Account Executive, she was a Marketing Intern and a Student Technician at Mays Business School. When she’s not helping clients she loves traveling the world. In fact, she has been to 12 different countries (and counting) and 2 continents. She loves spending time with her puppy named “Benito” after Bad Bunny.
Phoebe Pina
Account Coordinator
A graduate from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a BBA in marketing and a background in retail customer service and as a recruiter, Phoebe brings a great skill set as an Account Coordinator project managing monthly client deliverables and supporting AEs with quarterly reports. Her passions are traveling, going to concerts/music festivals, finding the best Instagram worthy food spots, binge-watching shows and being dog mom to a year-old golden retriever named Dali.

With a passion for changing how brands connect with audiences and simply happy to be here, Therese is one of our Account Coordinators at SmartTouch®. She supports the Account Executive team and project managers with the monthly client deliverables. Prior to this position, Therese was an Account Services intern at SmartTouch® and a graduate of UT Austin with a background in public relations. When not in the office, Therese enjoys watching movies and catching musicals at the theatre. Did we mention she rocks the Mr. Worldwide vibe when it comes to the costume catwalk?

A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a major in Marketing Communications, Emma joined our animal-loving team bringing her passion for animal rescue with her! She is the proud adoptive fur-parent to two dogs and two cats. She hails from Montgomery, Texas and is also a world traveler who looks forward to spending extended time each year at her family home in Amsterdam where she can immerse in her Dutch heritage. In addition to all that, Emma outshines Dr. Evil with her very own 1-year-old baby sister who she refers to as her little "mini me".

Devone has an eclectic background in the customer service, care, and support industry. He’s kept clients and customers happy throughout a career in the Healthcare Industry, first as a Customer Service Rep and then as Software Support, and in the Service Industry as a Sous Chef whipping up delicious dishes for 3 years. Our talented and personable Smart Desk Manager handles all support issues quickly and competently to make sure clients continue to generate and nurture leads with NexGen!

When you build your first website at 14, you’re definitely a Web developer at heart. Steven got his start writing video games and development tools in qBasic at the age of 13 and has spent the last 18 years perfecting his craft. He’s a wizard at Web development, but also a DJ and lover of electronic music, festivals, and dance culture. When he is not designing websites or making music, he spends time hiking, biking and kayaking. He’s also the proud Cat Dad to Luna.
