12-Time Finalist & Award-Winning Real Estate Marketing Agency: We’re Going to Star Awards!
The SmartTouch® Interactive team will be joining the 25th Anniversary of the TAB Star Awards as a 12-time Star Awards finalist in 4 marketing categories: Best Email Message, Best Online Advertisement, Best Social Media Marketing Program, and Best Special Promotion. The awards ceremony is held in conjunction with the Sunbelt Builders Show and will take place Thursday, August 9th from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.
Each category is broken down by Custom Builder, Volume Builder, Developer, or Associate when applicable. There are over 75 total categories to submit for and this year the Texas Association of Builders calculated over 500 entries. An esteemed panel of judges where then brought together to judge the excellence of builders, remodelers, architects, sales associates, and marketing agencies alike. Our finalist positions for this year’s awards include:
Best Email Message
Custom Builder – Best Email Message – Novak Brothers, Twin Springs Preserve
The objective of the Novak Brothers Twin Springs Preserve prospecting email campaign was to generate new custom homebuyer leads in the Austin area by targeting affluent buyers with a desire to live in a custom farmhouse style home in Georgetown.
Developer – Best Email Message – Bentsen Palm
The objective of the Bentsen Palm Lead Generation Email Campaign was to generate new buyer leads for the master-planned community with a primary goal of developing a message that was bilingual and resonated with the audience using both written and visual graphics.
Associate – Best Email Message – Confident Email Delivery
The objective of this email campaign was to generate prospective new home builder and residential developer leads through thought leadership and technical knowledge of all aspects related to creating successful email marketing campaigns. It served as a successful communication platform to educate and generate.
Best Online Advertisement
Custom Builder – Best Online Advertisement – Novak Brothers, Twin Springs Preserve
The objective of the Twin Springs Online Ad campaign is to drive potential buyers and realtors to explore the microsite for more information about the community and homes – with the intent to convert appointments, call the onsite sales associate, or simply get in their car and drive to the model.
Volume Builder – Best Online Advertisement – Saratoga Homes
This campaign had as an objective to create awareness for an El Paso based new home builder that is new to the Central Texas area. The campaign was promoted across all digital marketing platforms including social, email, search, relevant websites, and PRED generating over 3000 unique website sessions and 168 units of onsite traffic during 2017.
Developer – Best Online Advertisement – Bentsen Palm
The objective of this digital ad campaign and landing page was to promote the two single-family home communities offered within the master-planned community Bentsen Palm and generate leads from display and remarketing advertising.
Best Social Media Marketing Program
Custom Builder – Best Social Media Marketing Program – Novak Brothers, Twin Springs Preserve
The Facebook Ad Campaign utilized desktop and mobile news feeds to generate leads from prospective new custom homebuyers in the Austin area. Every week a new ad is tactically produced to target a profile demographic based on homebuyer interest criteria and a look-alike list based on previous users who have engaged with Novak Brothers communities.
Volume Builder – Best Social Media Marketing Program – Chesmar Homes, Knoll Creek
The objective of Chesmar’s Knoll Creek Facebook Advertising campaign was to generate homebuyer leads engaged in reading their Facebook news page and are driven by the relevancy of the content served as we are delivering something specifically appealing based on our homebuyer targeting campaign settings.
Developer – Best Social Media Marketing Program – Bentsen Palm
The objective of the Bentsen Palm Community Photo Contest was to stimulate more user-generated content for the Facebook page in order to expose more of the residents’ friends to Bentsen Pam. Consequently, also increasing the page followers/likes.
Best Special Promotion
Volume Builder – Best Special Promotion – Saratoga Homes
Our objective was to develop a cross-platform ad campaign that would hit the hearts of the target demographic: first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers who are of various cultural backgrounds. The campaign concept was originally developed for print but ran across all digital channels and was the first major ad campaign that the builder ran in Central Texas.
Developer – Best Special Promotion – Spicewood Communities, Gardens at Verde Vista
Lock Leave Live exemplifies the freedom a homeowner gets when they buy a low maintenance garden home or villa in this active lifestyle community. The Grand Opening campaign was promoted across all digital platforms and, taking into account this specific demographic, print such as the Austin-American Statesman.
Developer – Best Special Promotion – Tres Lagos
This campaign was a multi-channel Grand Opening promotion of the new and largest master-planned development in the Rio Grande Valley. The promo ran across all digital and social channels, email blasts, and video.
