The HBA of Greater Austin’s Sales and Marketing Excellence Awards (2018 MAX Awards) is one of the most anticipated events in the area and one of the most prestigious awards for Austin home builders, developers, and associate sales and marketing members. The event is held annually and recognizes the marketing, product, and professional achievements of the previous year. This year’s awards gala is themed Unmasking Austin’s Best.

This year’s finalist categories held by the Austin agency include Best Digital Ad and Best Overall Ad Campaign for Saratoga Homes was developed to hit the hearts of the target demographic by developing a concept that amplified the awareness of the difficulty many buyers face when looking for more at an affordable price.
Best Digital Ad for Blackburn Communities was a campaign executed to provide a sense of freshness and space commensurate with the community’s home designs and its lock and leave lifestyle.
Our own campaigns for Best Email Message, Best Special Sales Promotion, and Best Overall Ad Campaign were developed not only to generate new leads, but provide an educational benefit to existing clients.
And the three categories Best Digital Ad, Best Social Media Promotion, and Best Overall Ad Campaign (online promos: digital ads, social media, emails, and microsite) submitted with Scott Felder Homes for the Choose It. Love It. Live It. campaign developed around promoting Scott Felder communities and inventory homes across all of Austin.
Since 2012, SmartTouch® has been honored to accept more than 20 MAX Awards and over 35 total industry awards. Last year, the first-ever Grand MAX Associate of the Year was awarded based on the accumulation of our overall points as a seven-time finalist and three-time award winner honoring the 2016 advertising year.
