Dave Miles and Robert Cowes Collaborate to Present Which Worked Best? Creative Elements That Generate More Leads

The legendary real estate marketer Dave Miles has won over 100 National awards for his creative campaigns and Robert’s marketing programs have generated over 1 billion leads and 2 billion in sales in just the last 10 years.

The event will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 3:30 – 4:30 PM in Orlando, Florida, and is to be a part of the Building Knowledge Sessions in the Sales, Marketing, & Customer Focus category. These sessions last 60-90 minutes and cover the latest topics and trends in the building industry.

Dave and Robert have put together a must-see presentation for new home marketers called Which Worked Best? Creative Elements That Generate More Leads. This is to be an interactive session where the two presenters will show the audience various digital marketing pieces and ask them to vote on which worked best. Dave and Robert will then reveal the winning creative that generated the most leads and share the principles behind why one creative element was more effective than the other.

The presentation will include the comparison of websites, landing pages, email campaigns, banner ads, and more. The learning objectives of this session are to:

  • Understand the design elements and calls to action that drive engagement and lead capture on websites.
  • Identify the elements that impact how well an email campaign drives response from new home buyers.
  • Learn which landing pages convert online traffic to leads.
  • Determine which design elements impact the responsiveness of banner ads.

After the Building Knowledge Sessions, a gala celebration will be held in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Orlando to announce the winners of The Nationals for 2017. The Nationals applauds the new-home sales and marketing achievements of talented real estate industry professionals, and Milesbrand will be accepting a number of awards again this year.
