SmartTouch Interactive Announces Partnership with New Home Feed at International Builders Show

The two companies team up to improve lead management for real estate builders and developers

Austin, TX – January 22, 2013 – Breaking News from the NAHB International Builders Show: SmartTouch® Interactive, an interactive real estate marketing agency and real estate marketing automation and CRM software development company, today announced it has teamed up with New Home Feed, the widest network of paid and free syndicated real estate listing sites, developing the Smart Lead Adapter™, an XML plug-in to automate lead capture and data entry.

New Home Feed is using the new Smart Lead Adapter™ from SmartTouch®CRM, a lead generation, email and marketing automation platform, which captures leads from New Home Feed’s third party sources and auto populates them into the SmartTouch® CRM system.  This eliminates double data entry and leverages the SmartTouch® Platform lead scoring and nurturing capabilities.  When leads are received through New Home Feed’s network of syndicated listing sites — such as,, –they are immediately and automatically entered into the SmartTouch® databases and distributed to the appropriate community sales agents.
