Under new VP, Client Services will now comprise the Account Services, Digital Marketing, and Implementation & Support departments into one unified division.
Austin, TX – Feb 7, 2019– SmartTouch® Interactive, a real estate marketing agency, real estate marketing automation, and home builder lead nurturing CRM solution company, was pleased to appoint Tanner Ross as Vice President of Client Services on February 1, 2019. Vice President of Client Services is not only a new role for Tanner, but a new position in the company as SmartTouch® grows and restructures to provide a better overall client experience; spearheaded with the help of Tanner.
Tanner graduated from Texas State University with a B.B.A in Marketing at a time when digital marketing was still in its adolescence. From joining SmartTouch® as an Account Coordinator and AdWords Specialist in 2013, Tanner has grown with and developed SmartTouch®’s Digital Marketing services into a full-service department, offering SEM, SEO, Paid Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, and Geofencing.
“My personal career goal from when I graduated from Texas State has been to become proficient across all digital marketing channels. Digital marketing is constantly evolving so to become proficient in it requires you to never stop learning, and at SmartTouch® Interactive, I’ve been provided the opportunity to do so,” said Tanner Ross, Vice President of Client Services at SmartTouch® Interactive.
Aside from his expertise in digital marketing, as SmartTouch® transitions Account Services, Digital Marketing, and Implementation & Support into one collective division, Tanner will be instrumental in changing the client experience and staying ahead of the constantly changing marketplace.
