Austin, TX — January, 15, 2010 – SmartTouch Interactive announces its formation today with co-founder and CEO, Alan Daniel; co-founder and president, Robert Cowes, and co-founder and Chief Product Architect, Rik Copley. The mission of the company is to help firms that require a multi-touch sales cycle create demand for products and services and grow their business with customized, interactive lead generation programs and a lead cultivation CRM solution.

“We saw a tremendous gap in the market that forced businesses to use multiple vendors for CRM, marketing automation and customization,” said Alan Daniel, CEO, SmartTouch Interactive. “As a team we are able to fill that gap and leverage five plus years of experience managing over $20 million in lead generation programs that generated 100,000 leads and $200 million in sales. Our goal is to help companies grow their business through smart leads, smart touches and smart marketing.”

Alan Daniel is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales and marketing specialist with more than 15 years experience. Before co-founding SmartTouch Interactive he helped –triple its business by introducing the power of technology licensing and content syndication. Daniel has also developed interactive marketing solutions for high-end luxury condo developers in Chicago, Illinois. He began his initial entrée into entrepreneurship with the launch of Broadcast News Corp., a television production company whose programs aired on MSNBC, CNBC, Discover Channel and The Learning Channel. Daniel’s television production business realized an average of 81 percent growth annually for more than five consecutive years, reaching $24 million in cumulative revenue and employing more than 100.

Robert Cowes’ background includes leading the operations as co-founder of IF Marketing & Advertising – growing the company from 4 employees to 25 and developing a client roster that eventually surpassed more than 150. As a result of those efforts, IF Marketing & Advertising was named one of the top 10 largest interactive marketing agencies in Austin four years in a row by the Austin Business Journal, and was also ranked fourth among the prestigious “Fast 50” – the top fastest growing companies in Austin. Cowes also worked as product manager for the Web technologies division of S1 Corporation. During his tenure at S1 Corporation Cowes managed the interactive and online marketing efforts for more than 18 products and services and was responsible for generating $20 million in annual revenue. His efforts helped grow the division from zero to $10 million in annual revenue in 18 months.

Rik Copley has more than 12 years of ColdFusion programming experience, building customer relationship applications, content management systems, form management systems, and campaign management systems for a wide range of clients and companies. Prior to co-founding SmartTouch Interactive, Copley co-founded IF Marketing & Advertising, where he developed a CRM marking application with form management and campaign management; a management system for Texas sports officials that included a testing component for annual sporting officials test; and a custom CMS and Intranet application for the Travis County Healthcare District that included document management. Prior to IF Marketing, he developed an Internet banking portal for Q-UP Systems, now S1 Corporation.

The Company will officially launch SmartTouchCRM™ on March 1, 2010, operating out of Austin, TX.
