Attendees of the event will hear from real estate industry analysts about the trends from 2010 and expectations for the year ahead. The speakers of the event include, Eldon Rude, Director of the Austin Market, Metrostudy, and renowned in the housing industry for his thorough analysis and candid insight into the factors that impact the supply and demand for housing. Rude will moderate this year’s program, as well as deliver the Austin housing market forecast. John Duca, Vice President and Senior Policy Advisor, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will speak on the national economy, and Susan Davenport, Senior Vice President of Global Technology Strategies, Austin Chamber of Commerce, will discuss the significance of economic development efforts in the region in relation to job creation and the direct impact on demand in real estate.
