SmartTouch Interactive Won Four Star Awards for Outstanding Real Estate Marketing
Austin, TX – August 4, 2015 – SmartTouch® Interactive, an interactive real estate marketing agency and real estate marketing automation and the lead nurturing CRM solution company, today announced that it won four Texas Association of Builders 2015 Star Awards in the categories of Best Email Message and Best Online Campaign for home builder and developer clients.
The annual Star Awards competition showcases the outstanding work of builders, remodelers, architects, designers, sales, marketing and construction professionals in Texas, and were announced at the annual Sunbelt Builders Show. Almost 500 entries were submitted for consideration this year.

The objective of this campaign was to market multiple garden home communities, with one effort on Google. The campaign pushed traffic to a landing page, where prospects could see what communities were offered and then choose which ones to engage with by downloading their brochure and/or setting an appointment. Display ads were used to remarket online, which was the top lead source for the campaign. Sitterle sold 15 homes that were attributed to the buyers’ first point of registration being from this campaign.
The objective of the email campaign was to promote awareness of a soon-to-open acreage community in Georgetown. The whisper campaign was sent to the Wilde Wood opt-in list and targeted, third-party lists. Although the site was still under construction, the whisper email campaign delivered 56 qualified, interested buyers and one reservation.
The objective of this email campaign was to reengage potential buyers who had previously registered on the website and in person. The campaign reengaged over 50 potential buyers, leading to 14 visitors coming back on site. The email sent signals to the sales team when a lead reenaged.
Ash Creek Homes
This online marketing campaign included SEO, SEM, re-marketing and digital display ads for this infill 50-home community in Bee Caves. The community nearly sold out, with just eight homes left out of 50, in just over 12 months. The push for getting faster absorption yielded 12 additional sales from Google.
