This year, the SmartTouch® Interactive team will participate in three highly interactive and informative sessions throughout the day on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.
First, addressing the “Successes & Failures of Niche Marketing to Multicultural, Single & Generational Buyers,” Tanner Ross, Vice President of Client Services, SmartTouch Interactive and Ivelys Tavarez, Director of Business Development & Marketing, Blackburn Communities will share important lessons learned and best practices in marketing to and reaching today’s coveted multicultural, single, millennial and 55+ buyers. This session will take place from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM in room LVCC – South 221.
Robert Cowes III, BBA, MBA, President and CEO, SmartTouch® Interactive and Dennis O’Neil, President, O’Neil Interactive, Inc., will present one of the popular Tech Bytes sessions, “Right‑Sizing Your Website for Your Specific Needs,” from 11:45 AM – 12:15 PM in room LVCC – Tech Bytes A – South 229. The duo will provide a 30‑minute quick take on how to map out a website strategy that delivers the right presence to convert your specific audience.
Closing the day with one of the hottest topics in home builder sales and marketing, from 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM in room LVCC South 220, Cowes, Ross, and Clint Henderson, Owner of HomeBuilder Proximity, will participate in the exciting panel discussion, “Can I Geofence the Whole Town? The Misconceptions & Best Practices of Homebuyer Geofencing.” This highly informative session will bust common myths about geofencing and discuss best practices for running a geofencing campaign.
