SmartTouch Wins 5 Max Awards for Real Estate Marketing

SmartTouch Interactive was honored to win five real estate marketing awards at the 2016 Home Builders Association Greater Austin’s Marketing & Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards Dinner on Saturday, April 2.

Hosted by the HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council, the MAX awards is one of Austin’s most prestigious real estate industry events and is a highly competitive program that honors builders, developers, remodelers and associate members of the HBA for achievements during 2015.

More than 400 entries were considered and judged by distinguished experts from across the country. SmartTouch Interactive was honored to receive five of these awards.


Best Email Message Builder – Steve Klein

For the fifth time in six years and the fourth year in a row SmartTouch Interactive has won the MAX Award for Best Email Message (2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2011).

The objective of this email message builder was to build awareness of an upcoming acre-plus, estate-home community and build a prospect list, which resulted in 46 individual families registering for more information.




Best Website Volume Builder – Sitterle Homes

This award marks a collaborative effort between SmartTouch Interactive and O’Neil Interactive. The Sitterle Homes website was designed and recreated by the SmartTouch team who worked with O’Neil Interactive to leverage O’Neil’s leading home builder CMS platform and develop and launch the high-performing website.

Some of the innovative real estate marketing strategies SmartTouch integrated into Sitterle’s website included SEO and content focus, call-to-action buttons, and an added search tool for end users to find product that met their criteria. This resulted in a 40% increase in website traffic.


Best Online Ad Volume Builder – Sitterle Homes

Although the location of this community, considered to be far from Austin’s city center, created a challenge, the SmartTouch team created effective online re-marketing ads designed to drive traffic to a landing page that communicated the opportunity to get a luxury home, on acreage, for a reasonable price.



Best Online Ad Developer – Spicewood Communities

Using keywords targeting home buyers searching in a specific area, this SEM whisper campaign created re-marketing ads that helped convert lookers to leads.




Marketing Professional of the Year – Associate – Charlotte Manas

This is the second year that one of SmartTouch Interactive’s outstanding team members was awarded the Marketing Professional of the Year Award.
