SmartTouch® Month in Review | New Home Builder Marketing Agency

December 31, 2019

December is always a short month for our boutique, new home builder marketing agency as we take time off for the holidays and to recharge, but that doesn’t mean it’s a slow month!

January is a busy time for the home building industry and a lot of that prep work is done in December. We met with multiple clients on marketing and budget planning and started gearing up for the 2020 International Builders’ Show.

The fun news is we also welcomed a new team member and threw our annual Office Christmas Party!

Office Christmas Party!

This year we all gathered at Main Event for Christmas shenanigans and tomfoolery. Some people might wonder about our choice of venue, but we’re all naturally competitive here at SmartTouch® so a night of bowling, laser tag, and games is right up our alley.

Strategic Planning with Top Home Builders & Developers

We met with two of our favorite clients this month for 2020 new home marketing strategy planning and budgeting.

Jack Bombach, Division President of Saratoga Homes, has been a SmartTouch® client since 2014 and is always a pleasure to have in the office.

Evie Tavarez, Director of Business Development & Marketing of Blackburn Communities, also joined us in Austin this month. We were working with Evie on five of Blackburn’s neighborhoods but now it’s only four because Gardens at Mayfield sold out! The best news a new home builder marketing agency can ever get.
